Jakarta – Mandiri Sekuritas officially announced the appointment of Hoesen as President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner of the Company, replacing Mirza Adityaswara who was appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2022. The appointment of Hoesen as President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner of the Company was approved by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) on February 17, 2023 and by the Resolution of the Circular General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on May 16, 2023.
Hoesen has 30 years of experience in the Indonesian financial industry and previously served as Chief Executive of Capital Markets and Member of the OJK Board of Commissioners. In addition, Hoesen’s experience includes serving as Commissioner of PT Danareksa Capital, Commissioner of PT Danareksa Investment Management, Director of PT Danareksa (Persero), Director of Corporate Valuation of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia, and President Director of PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia (KPEI).

As of Q1 2023, Mandiri Sekuritas continued to maintain its dominance in Indonesia’s capital market by occupying the #1 position for Equity Underwriting with 15.3% market share, #1 for Global Bond Underwriting with 20% market share, and #2 in IDR Bond Underwriting with 12% market share.
Furthermore, in the first quarter of 2023, Mandiri Sekuritas has also successfully completed several strategic transactions including: 6 Equity Underwriting and Related, 10 IDR Bond Underwriting and Related, 4 Global Bond Underwriting, and 6 Advisory.
