Jakarta, IndonesiaSentinel.com — Xiaomi has officially confirmed the global launch of its 14T series smartphones on September 26, 2024. The series will include two models: the Xiaomi 14T and the 14T Pro.
Both phones continue Xiaomi’s collaboration with Leica, a partnership that started with the 13T series, bringing advanced camera technology and a focus on “cinematic and humanistic photography.”
Xiaomi 14T specs
The Xiaomi 14T specs reveal that the device will feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a “1.5K” resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth visuals.
The display also boasts a peak brightness of 4,000 nits, making it ideal for outdoor use in bright conditions. Powering the 14T is the MediaTek Dimensity 8300-Ultra chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, offering robust performance and ample space for apps, media, and files.
For photography enthusiasts, the Xiaomi 14T comes equipped with a triple-camera setup. The main camera features a 50MP Sony IMX906 sensor, a powerful 1/1.56″ sensor that promises high-quality images.
Complementing this is a 50MP telephoto lens and a 12MP ultrawide lens, providing versatility in capturing different scenes. The front-facing camera is a 32MP selfie shooter, perfect for high-quality selfies and video calls.

Both phones will be IP68 certified, meaning they are resistant to dust and water, adding durability to their list of impressive specs.
Xiaomi’s design for the 14T series emphasizes a flat frame with a square-shaped camera module on the rear. The Xiaomi 14T will be available in four colors, while the 14T Pro will come in three colors, providing users with several stylish options.
Neither model will include a periscope zoom lens, but the camera system is expected to deliver exceptional results, continuing Xiaomi’s strong tradition in smartphone photography.
