Jakarta, Indonesia Sentinel — The highly anticipated Dua Lipa concert in Jakarta, originally scheduled for saturday night, November 9, has been canceled. Dua Lipa concert promoters, PK Entertainment and TEM Present have announced that they will provide full refunds to fans who had purchased tickets for the event. Here’s what ticket holders need to know about the refund process.

Dua Lipa was set to perform at the Indonesia Arena as part of her “Dua Lipa Radical Optimism Tour” on November 9, 2024. Unfortunately, due to security and logistical concerns, the concert has been called off. In an official statement, the promoters confirmed that all ticket holders are eligible for a refund, with the refund request process starting from November 11 to November 30, 2024.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Visit the official concert website at www.dualipainjakarta.com.
  2. Click on the “Request Your Fund” section to initiate the refund process.
  3. Fill out the required details on the refund request form, ensuring accuracy. This includes the invoice number, registered email, full name, and bank account details.
  4. Make sure all information matches the original purchase details, as discrepancies may result in a failed refund process.
  5. Note that errors in data entry (such as invoice numbers, email addresses, or bank account details) are the responsibility of the ticket buyer. Promoters or the artist’s management will not be liable for any transaction failures due to incorrect information.
  6. The refund applies exclusively to tickets purchased for the “Dua Lipa ‘Radical Optimism’ Tour 2024 in Jakarta,” originally set for November 9, 2024.
  7. Once the form is submitted, refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Fans can expect their refund to be deposited no later than December 20, 2024.
  8. The refund amount will include the full ticket price, along with taxes and platform fees.
  9. Refund requests are only accepted between November 11 and November 30, 2024. Any requests made after 11:59 PM WIB on November 30, 2024, will not be processed.

  • For tickets purchased via credit or debit cards, the refund will be credited back to the original card used for the purchase.
  • For tickets bought through other payment methods, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

Dua Lipa concert ticket holders are encouraged to submit their refunds requests promptly within the designated period to ensure they receive their refunds. By adhering to the specified dates and guidelines, fans can secure a hassle-free return of their funds.
