“75% of the MoU signing participants came from co-exhibitors of Hannover Messe 2023, and the rest were outside the co-exhibitors. This shows that the enthusiasm of co-exhibitors to cooperate with partners is quite high,” he said.

Agus said that the G to G agreement signed was a Joint Statement Declaration of Intent (JDoI) between the Indonesian Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) on Joint Economic Cooperation.

Then, for the scope of cooperation on a G to B basis, including improving human resources in the development and transformation of industry 4.0, waste-to-energy management, waste management using circular economy, and collaboration in the development of the Archipelago Capital (IKN).

Meanwhile, areas of cooperation carried out on a B to B basis include sustainable energy technology management, as well as investment in the use of solar energy, semiconductor development, medical equipment and manufacturing industry safety.

This effort is believed to accelerate the improvement of industrial competitiveness and national economic growth. “The signing of this industrial cooperation can bring many changes in industrial improvement in various fields and also open wider industrial market access,” he said.
