Jakarta, Indonesia Sentinel — The Indonesian government will fully implement its “All Indonesia” digital platform across all international airports, seaports, and border crossings starting October 1, 2025.
Under the system, international travelers will be required to complete their arrival forms digitally through All Indonesia, which integrates immigration, customs, health, and quarantine services into a single platform.
“All Indonesia will be enforced nationwide at every international airport and seaport beginning October 1,” said Muparrih, Head of Compliance and Public Relations at the Aceh Regional Customs Office, in a statement, Wednesday (September 24).
Through the platform, passengers can fill out the Electronic Customs Declaration (E-CD) up to three days before entering Indonesia and upon arrival. The app is available on the Play Store, App Store, and through the official website allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id.
Authorities say the platform is designed to streamline arrivals, reduce processing times, and improve safety for both travelers and officials.
The system has been under trial since July 24 at airports including Jakarta’s Soekarno-Hatta, Surabaya’s Juanda, and Bali’s Ngurah Rai, before being made mandatory at those locations and several Batam seaports from September 1.

Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, who backed the trial phase, described the initiative as a breakthrough in public service transformation.
“This innovation is the result of cross-ministerial collaboration. We want to integrate the many separate applications that existed before,” Yudhoyono said in a statement on July 25.
Officials expect the system to accelerate passenger clearance, enhance transparency, and improve the travel experience for both Indonesians and foreign visitors, while strengthening coordination among border agencies.
