West Nusa Tenggara Police Celebrates 77th Bhayangkara Anniversary

Mataram, Indonesia Sentinel – The West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police held a celebration of the 77th Bhayangkara Anniversary at the Bumigora Field of the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Governor’s Office, Saturday (1/7/2023).

Present at the commemoration of the 77th Bhayangkara Anniversary were all partners of the NTB Police. The event began with an inspection of troops by the Head of the West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police, Inspector General Djoko Poerwanto as the Inspector at the 77th Bhayangkara anniversary ceremony.

The event continued with the pinning of the Star of Bhayangkara honor by the Inspector of the ceremony to Kombes Pol Abdul Azas Siagian, S.H., M.H., from President Djoko Widodo for never having a case in his tenure.

After the ceremony, Sasambo dance was danced by all participants, both invited guests and members.

Not only that, a number of attractions also adorned the 77th Bhayangkara Anniversary event at the West Nusa Tenggara Police held at Bumi Gora field.

Some of the attractions displayed include the Selak Segare dance performed by a number of Polwan members in front of the invited guests present.

Furthermore, the event became even more lively with the appearance of Little Police from East Lombok Police and Dompu Police.

The little policemen, dressed in brown and Brimob stripes, performed a number of creative movements, traffic control movements with various beautiful and neat pariations, and were accompanied by yells and songs in some of their movements.

Inspector General Djoko Poerwanto hopes that on this 77th Bhayangkara Anniversary, West Nusa Tenggara Police will be more precise and better in carrying out the mandate.

“Hopefully at this 77th age the Police will be more precise and more stable in carrying out the mandate as a public servant,” he hoped.

“We hope that all stakeholders and the community can help and collaborate with us in carrying out this mandate,” he added.

One word from the Governor of West Nusa Tenggara Province, Dr. Zulkieflimansyah after attending the ceremony, this 77th Bhayangkara Anniversary is very precise.

“One word for this 77th Bhayangkara Anniversary is very precise,” he said while walking to his office.

Remarks also came from Danrem 162/WB as a partner of the Police in maintaining Kamtibmas in West Nusa Tenggara.

“On behalf of the entire Indonesian National Army in West Nusa Tenggara, we congratulate the 77th Bhayangkara day for the Police,”

“Hopefully the Indonesian National Army and the Indonesian National Police can continue to work together in providing services to the community,” he said.

Previously, West Nusa Tenggara Police filled the 77th Bhayangkara Anniversary with various social activities, starting from the distribution of fish seeds to fishermen by the Water and Air Police Corps.

House renovation of Polri members coordinated by Ditresnarkoba Polda West Nusa Tenggara, Interfaith Prayer, distribution of basic food items, drilling wells, competitions, testimonials from Forkopimda and various other types of activities.

At the end of the event, West Nusa Tenggara Police gave awards to a number of police officers who achieved success in carrying out their duties, and awarded the winners of the Three Pillars Competition organized by West Nusa Tenggara Police ahead of the 77th Bhayangkara Anniversary.

The end of the 77th Bhayangkara Anniversary Commemoration activities at Polda West Nusa Tenggara was enlivened by a number of stand-up comedies in front of invited guests.

In closing the West Nusa Tenggara Police Chief together with the Governor of West Nusa Tenggara and all invited guests cut Tumpeng as an expression of gratitude for the consistency of the Police to serve, protect and protect the community for 77 years.
